Magnaglobe Refund Policy

Magnaglobe Enterprises' policy is to provide a 100% refund or exchange for items received as damaged or returned within 60 days of purchase undamaged and unmarked with all original contents (globe, felt pouch and base if applicable).

If you are unhappy with the product for any reason, just return it within 60 days in its original packaging undamaged for a full refund. (If shipping by a method without tracking, we will not be responsible for its delivery back to us.)

Shipping Policy

If any item is clearly damaged, or if you have any doubt about possible damage, you MUST contact us as soon as possible to arrange for a replacement.

Damaged/Missing items

Great care is taken when packing your order, but on rare occasions damage may occur or an item may have been missed. If any part of your order is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately.

Delivery Time

All delivery times are estimates. Orders are usually processed and ready to ship within 1-2 business days (business days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST). Some items will be shipped directly from the manufacturer. USPS deliveries range from 1 to 10 days for delivery, depending on your proximity to the shipping origin. UPS and Fed Ex ground shipping can take anywhere from one to seven days. International shipping is usually by USPS First Class international unless requested differently. If you product ordered is valued at more than $100, insurance may be required on orders.

USPS Flat Rate Shipping

If you have an order weighing more than 3 pounds, call us as the USPS Flat Rate shipping option may provide savings for you which we can calculate for you and make the adjustments.


Currently, we will ship to anywhere in the world. If a shipping carrier deems your address inaccessible for delivery, they will make final delivery at the closest shipping terminal or return the shipment to us. If you are concerned about delivery to your address, please contact us before placing your order.

Errors in Shipment

Great care is taken when packing your order, but on rare occasions errors may occur. If there are any errors in your shipment, you must contact us within 5 business days.

Methods & Charges

Shipping charges for common carrier, UPS and FedEx items are calculated by factoring in the weight, dimensions, and shipping distance. We're linked live with UPS and FedEx so the shipping price you see is what it actually costs to ship the item from us to you. Some online retailers may offer "free" shipping but upon closer scrutiny, you might find that the price for the item is actually higher to make up for this "free" shipping.

Magnaglobe Enterprises strives to offer you the best price that we can. Many customers find that our price is still one of the best out there even when shipping charges are added in! Some of our items do ship for free, and are denoted as such on our site. In this case, we're simply passing along savings from the manufacturer to you!

Split Shipments

We will make every attempt to ship your order within one shipment. If multiple shipments of your order are required, the full amount of the shipping costs will be charged in the first shipment. If you want part of your order sent 2nd Day Air and the other part sent using standard Ground, please place two separate orders.
